Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while accounting for commitments made to our local partners.

The cancellation policy becomes effective from the scheduled Tour Start Date.

A. 60 days or more before the Tour Start Date:

Cancellation Fee: 10% of the Total Tour Cost
Refund Percentage: 90% of the Total Tour Cost.

B. 45 to 59 days before the Tour Start Date:

Cancellation Fee: 25% of the Total Tour Cost
Refund Percentage: 75% of the Total Tour Cost.

C. 30 to 44 days before the Tour Start Date:

Cancellation Fee: 50% of the Total Tour Cost
Refund Percentage: 50% of the Total Tour Cost.

D. 15 to 29 days before the Tour Start Date:

Cancellation Fee: 75% of the Total Tour Cost
Refund Percentage: 25% of the Total Tour Cost.

E. 14 days or less before the Tour Start Date or a No-Show:

Cancellation Fee: 100% of the Total Tour Cost
Refund Percentage: 0% of the Total Tour Cost.

Cancellations for group tours or customized private tours require a longer lead time. The initial cancellation fee for Group Bookings is 25% of the total tour cost if canceled 60 days or less before the start date.

In the event of cancellation by the company, clients will be offered a full refund (including the administrative fee) or an alternative tour package of comparable value.
